HELP PLS....
i have a quick question...got my remed request today alhumdollilah..but in section A under marital status its written Single..i mean really?? what do i do know? the accompanying letter does explain that in case of any error, iam to fax or email CHC and let them know and they will send me a new section A, i think this error is big enough to report right? pls advice...thanks
it takes time if you let them to know, my wife's re-medical her name was wrong, when she visit the doctor, then the doctor correct her name and attached a letter with it. it is ok chc i, making lots of mistakes in medical paper. |

i dought that my GCMS NOTES said send PHEP WHEN MEDS CLEAR SO WITHIN 3 WEEKS
YA i called my GCMS notes 2. Hpfully will get it this month & ask ure suggestion on it for what case is delay & slow after re-medical ppl get ppr within 3-5months & i m file is stuck up some where & eating dust aroUnddDddddDddddDDD  |
