i guess i have to type it agin...i will make it short
got married in lahore in 2009 june spend 3 months with stupid ex-husband, file sent december or novermber 2009...in december 2010 almost a year later he secretly re-married to some one else...(but the way he talked to me on the phone he was really sweet, got that wrong) he said u r taking long for sponoring me...i warned him thats it will be at least 18 months...went to pak to get divorce took me 8 months in court to get divorce bc he wount divorce me, i was really hoping to gey justice from pak court but they considered women nothing..i got nothing in return no jaheez no haq mehar and my gold..so i did appeal even in appeal i got nothing, in fact they told me that i have to pay 1 millions rupees to my ex'hub for asking divorce.. (they said that when a girl ask for divorce then they dont get anything, what is this, where is my izzat?) but dont they see the prob here even in islam u have to ask your wife in order to remarry..he broke the rule...
So do u guys think i should go to high court and appeal again?? i know its worthless..i dont want jaheez but the prob is that i dont want him to have it either..
i tried involing cdn court but they refused bc i was married outside of the country...
chc ruined our life..i had suffer alot from depressio..feeling ok now..(its even worse when someone within your relatives do such a thing)

My mom always tell me in situation like this that don't worry, because infact  the person who cheats you is a looser & doesn't know what the consequences he has to face later on. Our prophet said that if you leave the revenge to Allah (swt) then he would get you better alternative in result (rather than you go after him for the revenge) Hazrat Ali used to send gift for person who would slander him and used to say that isn't that better that when someone slander you and you just earn good deeds without any effort (because that person has to pay you by his good deeds later on and if he does not have any good deeds than he would take your sins)

Pretty much same response I recieved from my MP, its like they all have no intention of believing those they are suppost to represent.  I told my MP's office, that I am not asking them to file a law suite on my behalf, but just enquire to my concern.  Got a blank look after that comment and realized that was the MP's offices way of saying we are useless.

ya you are right it is useless, i met them 51 days ago after lots of convincing them they become agree to send e-mail on behalf me. Then i decide to go again and meet them after 51 days as I mention above, then she said we can't do anything now so you have wait total 4 months then we will send e-mail. so now we can't do anything just wait.

what is MP. i currently have no one to go to and ask questions, or do anything on my behalf... i kinda did everything on my own

i think you dont need MP right now as i can see you just have filed your case and its good to contact MP when your time line is crossed for example if in your case time line is 6 months and in 6 months u dont hear anything from CHC then u contact MP and he will check yoir file with CHC and will tell u exact situation that why your file is late and for what reasons
