Congrats maham and Jay - quick question too..I tried sending an e-mail on april 3 and it kept getting rejected - I tried sending one on the 5th and it seemed to get sent because I didn't get a rejection e-mail. But since then I have not gotten a reply. It's been almost a month.. anyone else experience this too?? Lately they havn't been replying to emails. I sent them 4 emails in the past 40 days, all of them were received as I got the confirmation email but they didn't reply to anyone of them. Try emailing them in their working hours 8:00AM to 4:00PM PST. |

thanks for the reply..hmm.. I didn't get a confirmation but it's happened in the past that I didn't and they still replied to my e-mail within like 15 days but this time it's stretched to almost a month.. I don't want to send them multiple e-mails.. hopefully they will reply.. Lately they havn't been replying to emails. I could not even send by the mid of April, it kept on coming back to me with a notification. Then in the end I ask my wife to send a fax instead. |
