is it a good idea to e mail CHC-I and remind them that our medical has expired? and that they hsould send us re medical now : @ its high time now : @
Brother they know when ur medical expired to the exact date When u order cgms notes its all typed up |

Can anybody send me an example of their cgms notes? and also what their ecas shows, like just copy and paste, I want to confirm that mines isnt messed up. It shows I applied in January 2011, which I didnt :S.

Look at the lock in date I have somthing on cgms notes it says 2005 |
