I got a serious question. My brother is a Canadian citizen and sponsored his family in 2009. They have done TWO medicals now (in 2009 and again in 2010), God knows how many Police verifications and Telephonic interviews from CHC Islamabad have been taken. Their last telephonic interview got done on 6th April 2012.
On 26th of April2012, their eCas status changed to Decision Made from In Process and address disappeared from there (Although CIC's letter hasnt been reached here yet..)
What does it suppose to mean? Their both medicals expired, though their Police Verifications are still valid and i heard your Medical has to be valid to get the VISA. is it a refusal OR a good sign?
not necessarily ............. medical expired ............ its 50-50 .............. some times immigration does not care about expired medicals ............ coz they dont think u need another one ................. decision made means ur case is done ............ wotever they decided they will not further review it and u will get a positive or negative ........... |

e- case is messed up
Mine only shows application received. If I could get all my papers back from chc and file it all over again it might have been faster because they have not done anything with that file since Oct 2010. |

Decision made request is when They have stamped ur visa on passport this is chnaged before passport was even requested hope for the best I got a serious question. I actually have no idea in Sponsorship cases, Usually in Skilled worker cases, (I am FSW1 applicant) when decision made appears before medicals its Refusal, and when it appears after medical, usually it means you are going to get PPR-1. (Thats what i have noticed here) |

Hi,
My wife sent passport on Saturday and it's received today at 10 AM and now my address is disappeared on ecase.It looks like CHC-I jag gi ha and taiz kam kar rahi ha:)
Pray for me to get PP back sooner.

Actually my question was that, you still get refused when you have done your medicals for TWO times?
Passport request comes before its decision made thats what i have seen HOPE I AM WRONG in this case yes u can get refused after two medicals once passport request is made u cant get refused |
