Kushi Hamesha and other guys who replied me. That am saying this is canada this is not a pakistan. I am also saying that we have rules , then why the rules are keep changing quartely. 6 months to 26 months. rules never changes. it immigration say work load then to hell this is not my problem. its mean they are inefficent they can t handle work load , if they say quota , it also not my problem, why i suffer 2 or 3 years from there bull*censored word* answers. Friends there are court here who give justice. They cant interfer while case is in process. but once the person arrived here then they can provide justise for the delay and I dont why some people say when I will get compensation then they will follow. I request to these peoples that who ever got visa earliest or who ever claim in the forum , He or she is much in pain , they should take initiative other wise please no complaints. if complaint about chc then they should wait for the proper time and then the remidy.
I can prove in the court that they are takiing 6 months from china and india and i can also prove that before 2 year time line was 6 months. If what ever the reason it increses its not my fault. I am citizen and its my right to ask the questtion about it. and I will ask it InshALLAH.

They stopped accepting nikkah cases and objection letters started to come it takes time VO to go back and forth on same file

My dear brothers, Thats the same thing I am asking if pakistan security situation is bad its not my problem. It is there business to think about it. why I suffer if pakistan security sitaution is bad, if students or visitors comes with in 6 months then security situation doesnot apply to them. if less visa officer want to go there. then this is there problem. they should hire those visa officer who want to go there. or they should transfer the case some where else. I am only concerned about the delay why they gave the visa so late after 2 year or 3 years. I want to know  every activity on my file through court. They have to prove in the court when and which doucments they send to which date and on which date they returend.
