apke emails, chats, phone records, financial dealings, pictures, wedding/rukhsati picture, honeymoon pictures, updated police cert, updated form
proper pura package ready kro and cover letter bana ke bhejo, us men file#, name, family name, DOB sab likho
Ecase men apna address check kro
wo thek hai na
aesa tou nahe wo log apko letters bhej rahe hen per apka address wrong hai unke pass.
Ek baat bato kahin apko koi rejection letter to nahe aya?
Apki file jab ISL transfer hue the tou AOR letter receive hua tha?
Apke husband canadian citizen hen?
apki Family class "spousal sponsorship hai"?

I have an update to share with all my friends and well-wishers on the forum Alhumdulillah with the grace of Almighty Allah, my wife got her Re-medical and PPR request. I can't thank Allah enough for everything he has given me I am really really happy and I thank everyone on this forum who helped me and prayed for me. I wish all of you get the good news very soon InshaAllah, especially those people who are waiting since 2010 and earlier. Congratz Danny bro great news finally you got good news stay blessed and pray for me please, may Allah give you and your wife lots of happiness in coming future AMEEN |

Tinko u r absolutely correct.... But I took their name coz June July 2011 have received something from CIC but they both haven't.....well 2010 Kai tu hum bhi hain... Lakin app tu kafi tym sai wait kar rahe hain....Allah app ki aur hum sub ki muskil asan kare inshallah . |

In my case she helped
when my 1st letter got lost and they were not replying to any of my email/letter, my husband contacted MP there and explained her the situation
then she sent a nasty email to CHC-ISL and that worked for us, after 2-3days CHC-I sent me scan copy of that letter via email
you again contacted MP when you secnd letter lost? |

If you did not hear anything from chc you better apply GCMS/CAIPS becuase you could be in interview list, as my husband case and my hubby is in que as well and he did not receive anything and remed to so we applied caips then find out that hes in a que. |

There are few ppl in this forum those who have more or less knowledge about cic spouse cases how they handle it .i have question plz M sure u ppl must have a little bit guess about it
After file transfered to islamabad on 7 aug they sent me file number,acknowledgement recipet whatever
its been 21 months over now 22 month shroh ho gia hy chc-i ny mujy koi letter nhe bheja not even for any additional documentsor wedding proof,remedical kuch to bhaioooo or bhenoooo or rejection letter if marriage isnt genuine its full wedding case i sent them my wedding proofs
kia aise hota hy keh 22 month taak wo mujy pochain bhe nhe,kuch to send kerna tha na ..what could be the reason of this delay,why r they ignoring me ...kia chc -I ny meri file ko haat bhe nhe lagaiya abi taak
plzz any good or bad guess
i need ur reply plzzz
mn ny itni bebasi khabi nhe feel ki
i feel like yelling ,shouting and cryiing M helpless
Apply CAIPS .... It looks like they have moved your file to interview queue... Any thing unusual in your case like second marriage , husband younger than wife, refugee etc  |

yes, my husband did. She emailed them but they responded after one month we even contacted Canadian consulate, they both helped |
