congrats tuco! I guess the reason they didn't send you IMM forms/PCC is because it's not been a year and they went directly for RE-MED. MashAllah you are very lucky!

emanzaib so nice of you..........well if I contemplate there could be various reasons or factors or some or one of them which helped them fast process my case..........one important thing is that I think I presented my case meticulously........did a lot of hard work while preparing my file, sending them docs voluntarily.............and that hard work certainly paid off

do voluntarily docs helps in our case process .i dint send any voluntarily documents bcoz i  thought they didnt ask ..i have full wedding case i didnt update them about my hubby visit  ..is it ok ???i got pregnent  but i got missaccriaged should i inform them

im sososososo happy for u! congrats!!! btw we have the same timeline... im also May 17 2011 aor and my ecas also changed to in process on april 16 and starting processing my case from march 28 and also a husband case!! but we havent recieved anything yet! i still pray for u, remmeber us in ur prayers aswell

dear rackeya you must expect good news from them as your Ecas went into "In Process" on april 16.......same as mine.......in fact they started processing your app on 23 march if I remember........so be positive and pray that you get med or PPR
there are many people whose Ecas changed to in process on april 16.......i guess they have the same visa officer
FYI i'm the husband.......and the letter was received by me here in Pakistan........my wife hasn't received anything yet

they do not give any kind of affirmation when they receive your docs
well my wife visited me two times after marriage and i sent them documents voluntarily after the end of each of her visit.......first time i sent them an email after a month of sending docs..........to ask if they've received my docs and they replied in yes and that they have attached those docs to my file
2nd time she visited me in january 2012 for which i sent them docs of visit in march 2012.........then i emailed them on april 10 i guess.......asked too many questions like if they received my docs, when initial review would be done. when you'll send us some doc request letter etc.  ...........haven't received their reply on that but i got my PPR yesterday .........i fear they might respond to me like we have already sent you the PPR.......now what else you want sucker
my wife is coming to visit me again next week ..........i don't think we can go back to canada together  .......cuz it can take a min of 2 months to get my visa

does the sponsoorer(in canada) get the first notification about the case in process from missisaga after waiting a year??? or is the first notice
given to the applicant (in pakistan) by islamabad???/ im very confused becuz i just got a notification from the postal office that i have a package wait for pickup tommorow for me from mississauga.................... so scared and confused???/


what shud i expect??? good news or bad news??? oh my godddd

& they said that they attach me PHEP letter n med in my file  
but they never said that they sent it only attached it for sending  
n they attached it in the month of march soooooooooooo why why why  
they didnt send me kis cheez ka wait karhe hou ye koi insaiyat hai inki
i think after some days my nervous is also breakdown bcz of this i email
them alot & fax too k bhai plzzzzzzz mujhe mera letter bhej do q nhi bhej rahe hou

goppy, first i'm sorry that you had miscarriage ......must have been very difficult to deal with
i'm the hubsand......so it's bro.....not sis......my wife doesn't have an account here and doesn't use this forum
about sending docs voluntarily.........it depends on when your file was transferred to CHC and how long your case has been in process........if it's been like a year then it's better not to take a risk as they might start reviewing your file any time and if your docs are received after the initial review is over, it could cause a delay on your file......but if your file transfer date is less than 6 months from now......send them the docs voluntarily
i don't know if sending docs helps or not in all the cases........but in my case it helped......my wife visited me two times and both times i sent them docs & proofs
