i believe they send this form only in case sponsor resides outside canada..........or may be they have started sending it to to every one

Tuco, I live in pakistan and my hubby in Canada. CHC just has issues with my hubby. They think he doesnt live there. They are just digging old graves.

and finally i got my remedical request yesterday.... nov 2010 AOR....Smiley i have a few QUESTIONS....please answer....any one knows how much times it takes nowadays for ppr after remedical? and secondly in how much time does one have to report once your passport is stamped with visa?Huh awaiting reply. thanks.
