this is the reply i got after 3 mails ... my file transferred to isb embassy on 12th nov 2010 . i hav submitted re pcc n re med on 28th feb 2012. wen can i expect the ppr ?

i dont htink its a big issue, cuz when my brother sponsored his wife, his wife had landed in canada and ecase was stupid enough to show 'in process' so if u ask me...should not matter...and as ur sayin u rec'd remed, imms etc...that shows that ur application IS in process otherwise u wudnt be receivng this stuff

That's the same question I m having day and night in my mind... PPR? ? ? ? ?Im dec 2010 AOR...Hv sent doc/repcc/ remed....But no sign of PPR..They still hvn't started sending PPR to nov/dec2010 plps! |

I cant stop looking at ecase either, and it never changes. I log in like 10 times a day. And I say dua before I press the Login button every time lol.

For all those wondering about why they sent Re-med and PPR to the Canadian address in Raptorsfan case. He submitted his wife's application through a lawyer and made him the representative. Therefore, CHC-Islamabad sent the Re-med and PPR to the lawyers address.
Technically they should send a copy to the applicant as well, but I guess it didn't happen in this case. They have some SMART people working there who are incharge of dispatching request letters. There are quite a few victims including myself.

Khushi - I wouldn't worry about it - the online status update isn't always up to date - I read the FAQ's for checking your status online (see below) and it says it takes them time to update your status - see below.. honestly though I wouldn't worry about it - online status is only your your viewing and it often behind or maybe they forgot to change it - InshAllah you will get PPR soon. Q13: Why has the status of my application not changed even though it has been a long time since I submitted it and I know that things have happened with my file? A13: It is normal for some actions to not be reflected in CAS for many weeks due to the volume of information received at the visa offices and the case processing centres. In many cases, an in-process file is actually waiting in a queue for initial review as applications are handled in the order they are received and on a case-by-case basis. The waiting time in this initial queue can be lengthy, depending on the standard processing times. Applications are processed according to the Application Processing Time at a given location. In addition, other actions happening to your file are not shown on CAS (example: security checks) so it may appear as though nothing is happening to your file. HELP!!!!!!This question bothers me so much...Any response would be appreciated!
Is it necessary to receive a PPR that ur ecase u should be change to IN PROCESS
like we dec 2010 plp have got remed ,reppc.imm forms but still our status is APPlication received ..not a single person of dec 2010 says that his/her satus is In process.
So should I be worried abt it or not I am fed up of checking it.Y it is not changing to in process.Would I get PPR Unless its change?
