okay husband  have sent passport today by fedex ....

i just got a call from my MP office omg i dont even know why the F... i answered  i had sent her a email 2 weeks ago regarding my husband case so she first of all dint even knew we got ppr and when i told her shes like good so now withing 3 - 4 months ur husband will be here with u  like what are u kidding me ....

 shes lsaid yeah when they receive ur passport they do a last cheek  and doesn't mean that  they have received ur medical report that its have been reviewed  by the doc ....

so seriously my mood was super good and now im all grumpy

john mckay secretary also told me that i will not even hear anything n ma hubbys case will not open till August....
n three days after taht ma husband got his first request Allahamdulilah.

i got a question fregarding GCMS notes. I want to know if they forgot sending out the Re-medical letter for my wife. I suspect they didn't send the letter and forgot about it.

This is what I have in the GCMS Notes:

This shows that there was no outgoing correspondence to my wife. Its just showing what the officer asked the admin staff to generate the report.

Now, could someone tell me what it means, since the correspondence section doesn't have any outgoing correspondence on that day but the notes section shows that the letter was sent out by TCS?

HUGE blunder by CHC-I....they have to hire a proper admin staff....they are so inefficient...

I think you have to take it up to the higher authorities.

I think it just means how many times you communicated with CHC-I in the first section. The second section is just the documents they have sent you. I don't know but this is just based on my understanding.

Parents above the age of 55 cant not be sponsred because they dont work and take welfare

I know that lady is so stupid; I had same experience. I guess she is also from Pakistan, I can say by her name. Totally useless to talk to that lady, she always pisses off people

Just for Information ! ! !
Whoever applied under FSW (Federal Skilled Worker) class, and their file is more than 4 years old, it will be closed as per Jason Kenney's instructions and there are more than 300,000 applications to be closed. I know personaly some people are waiting for more than 5 years, its not fair with those people at all. Even he is talking about stopping parents sponsorship on permanent basis.

I got this response from CHC-I on March 29th having emailed them on March 12th.

Dear Client,

In response to your email, please be informed that this application is in queue for review by an immigration officer.

 If any further information is required you will be contacted. In the meantime, please wait patiently while the application is processed.
