Thanks for your response.
So you do agree that they forgot to send the letter, even though on the notes section it says "MEDS letter sent to FN through TCS" ?? Technically the correspondence section should say: staus: SENT and also Sent by and Sent date should have the date and the courier name beside them, correct ?

Yeah.. I already sent her a PM. Once she replies, I will find out what exactly is the reason.
My wife knows someone who works in the TCS headoffice and he assured that nothing was sent out in your name from CHC-Islamabad through TCS in the month of Feburary and March. This also supports that they forgot to send out the request.
Mine was CAIPS not GCMS. but the mistake was kind of same. Notes mistakenly not entered, file PA'D (PA'D is their storage area) Officer generated the letter but forgot to write the notes for the staff member to send it, so the letter was in the file, but nobody knows that the letter is there and they senr the file back to storage because that stupid officer didn't put the notes and he himself thought that the letter is sent. |

Next Week inshaAllah be prepared to have bulk of good news InshAllah.

Ottawa, March 23, 2012 – The Honourable Jason Kenney, Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, issued the following statement recognizing Pakistan Day:
Pakistan Day commemorates the Lahore Resolution, a major milestone towards Pakistan's independence in 1947.
It is also known as Republic Day, as the country's first constitution was adopted on this day in 1956.
For all Canadians, Pakistan Independence Day provides an excellent opportunity to reflect on the contributions that the Pakistani community has made to this country's rich and diverse heritage.

A friend told me of this that was a measure in todays budget to save money i dont know if its true i was cic website looking for it All i know is that u cant sponsor parents and gransparents for 2 years in order for cic to clean up backlogs Only thru supervisa which has a real high refusal rate |

Yes I cant find anything on it either. There are other proposals on the table such as making the sponsor financially responsible for the whole life of the parents and also a financial minimum requirement for the sponsors to make sure the sponsor makes more than certain amount before he can be considered eligible to sponsor anyone. But these are just proposals, there is nothing final yet. So lets just consider the 55 age thing just a rumor for now until we find a proper source for it. |
