Danny brother - May Allah help you and all during this difficult time - It's so frustrating because you feel so helpless not being able to get in touch with them. I just found this forum recently and it's so helpful to talk to people in the same situation - wish I had found it earlier. At least in your case MashAllah they waived the Re-PCC and forms, that's one step you didn't have to do which is great. Hopefully you will get your letter soon and get re-medical and visa will be issued in no time!! I have a question about GCMS/CAIPS notes since you ordered yours - I saw someone posted instructions to order them - it seems like they're ordered through Ottawa. Do you know if ordering them delays your case at all? I mean they must have to contact Islamabad for the information since they are the ones that have the file. Can you please provide some advise on this matter? Thanks I would think so.

sab k case k sth kch na kch work horha hai but mai is daldal mai phasi hn pta bhi q horha me k sth aisa CHC -I NOT ANSWER MY EMAIL only ecase changed to in process but kch bhi nhi arhi request abhi tak y they delay my case simple straight forward case hai q q q qqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqq nhi bhej rahe koi request wat can i do em crying alot pray alot but kch bhi nhi horha em ill now bcz of thiz process  Hey masom !!Is it ur nikkah case or full wedding? kitna time hoa hai u ki marriage ko? ? |

Thanks for your kind words Ordering CAIPS doesn't delay the case at all and there is no effect on the case processing. They don't contact Islamabad for the information, they can extract the information from their system. They can extract the information in just one day. Although they take 30 days to send it to us. I ordered mine on Feb 22 and they were extracted on Feb 23. Everything on my file till Feb 23rd was on the GCMS notes. Its better to order them via email as it saves you mailing time. Here is how you can order them. Fill out these two forms; One has to be filled out by your spouse in Pakistan (Ask them to scan and email it to you after they fill it out and sign it). 1 - Form name IMM5475E http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf2 - Form name IMM5563E http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdfIMM5475 needs to be filled out by the person who is being sponsored. IMM5563 needs to be filled out by the sponsor. Pay the fee online and select Access to Information and pay with your credit card. You will have to register with them, just provide your email and confirm password; its that easy !!! https://eservicesak.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=enYou can save the receipt or print it. They will email you a copy on your email address as well. Scan and attach both forms with the payment receipt and send it to atip-aiprp @ cic.gc.ca with GCMS ORDER in your subject. In the body, just write your name, File number and email address. Hope it helps. |

SELDEC 4 means interview waived ! SELDEC will give you an idea about your interview with VO either wavied or not. |

Yes, you have to submit your original receipt with cover letter.
AOR is acknowledgement receipt.
this is the first letter which CHC-I sends when they receive your file from Canada
but i guess they have stopped sending AORs now
thank you for your reply.... but i have done my re-medical on 1-11-2011 and i only get the payment receipt just a small slip but i didn't send it to CHC ISB because i asked the person sitting on medical office that give me some thing that i send to CHC but he replied no u don't need any thing to send them so thats y i didn't send it....... and after re-med how long to get PPR .....do u know about it |

Masom aysay nahi kehtay. They have no choice but to say what they have been told. Thats why they have paki ppl on the fone answering calls to deal with us. They listen to our frustration and have to spit out whatever they are hired to say. ......eMAIL OR FAX OR MAIL . They cant even empathize with us. They are working there trying to feed their families. Its not their fault sweety.
