I have a quick question if somebody can answer.
Can I scan the updated IMM forms including the signature and send it to embassy, I mean there would be any problem if the signature is also scan not the original as I am running out of time, so my family can send it to embassy with other documents.
One more thing if the documents will the late a week or ten days there would be any problem in it.
I will appreciate your response.

Dont worry the same with my file... i received request to submit imm forms and repcc and i submitted on march 12 but my online status still shows application received any idea
if caips/gcms ordered second time what is the procedure?

That is not the correct news, only law which is implemented so far is non eligibility of sponsorship for next 5 years once the PR card has been issued and i.e for all the applicants new or old. Secondly another law which will be implemented soon is 2 years conditional residence and I think it will be implemented on both new and old cases. |

at this point of time I dont see any positivity or negativity in this law, but it is already applicable in UK, US and I believe in Australia too. So actually its a bad news for all those who wanted to marry and leave there spouses right after they get to canada. but wait u cant stop them they can wait for 2 years make their wife pregnant and when they get the permanent residence boom they are gone. It's very hard to stop these culprits. |

Other countries like US, UK and Australia are managing it really well. The fraud rate is much lower in these countries as compare to Canada. Also, the timeline for CV in UK is 6 to 7 months which is great !

i have a question regarding filling out IMM0008 form. In the dependent section it says, " You much provide the following details about each of your family members, whether they will be accompanying you to Canada or not. You much include your spouse or common-law partner, if applicable, and all of your dependent children, and those of your spouse or common-law partner, who are not already permanent residents or citizens of Canada"
please tell me whose information I need to provide in this section. I, husband, sponsoring my wife. it's a first marriage for both of us and no kids.
Also, q7 on the same document asks about "have you received your certificat de selection du Quebec (CSQ)?" how should i answer this?

This section not for u, on the right side of the form is the blue tab showing REMOVE DEPENDANT, click it and it will disappear. Then validate, it will show any mistakes any leftover menu, if any. And Q6 a) and b) mai province and city type kardo ge to Q7 a) b) c) LOCK hojynge u need not to answer it if ur Q6 doesnt say Quebec. |

I have so many fraud cases in UK, staying in a relationship for 2 years is not a big issue for these culprits. UK has the majority of people from Mirpur Azad Kashmir and Punjab side they are having their 3rd generation now but still they prefer boys from back home. I have seen so many families with divorced girls in their house with kids. No offense but in Mir pur Azad Kashmir every man's dream is to settle in UK and they are willing to do anything for it. |

Where can I pay RPRF fees? Plus I will be put in WVR queue for eligibility assessment. What is meant by that?
Missisauga, and online. They will forward u electronic reciept which u will have to pint and fill in and send to Islamabad. Print and fill Pak mai hosakti hai.. I mean one dont have to sign on it and dont bother to send it from Can to Pak, forward it to ur spouse here she will fill it here and will send. WVR i dnt kno  |

exactly and it was clearly mentioned to Mr. Jason Kenny by so many families. But well this subject is very debatable, in fact it would reduce those frauds which are committed by both sides. So somehow this law has it's negativity and positivity both. |
