MAB, listen to me. Make an appointment with the same doctor you went to for the 1st medical. Tell them you need to make an appointment for your RE-MEDICAL and that you have misplaced the letter from the Canadian Embassy. You can do the re-medical without that letter.
My brothers wife did it and so did my friend from this forum (old member). Aap apna time waste nahi kero, yahi tu CHC ISB chahtee hai but be smarter then them. Ager CHC ISB ne phone per confirm kia hai ke unon ne letter mail ker dia hai tu vo eik copy DMP ko bhi bhaijtain hain 100% ... Humari baat sunlein aur apne DMP ko foran call kero appointment ke liye, and ask for URGENT appointment ok. Then mail the receipt that you get to CHC ISB by TCS urgently DONT WASTE TIME. Forget about going to CHC ISB or any consulate.

Hey there! I can imagine ur frustration...Before you arrange for a trip to ISL, how abt walking into the Canadian Consulate in KHI by beach luxury hotel- say tom morning?? Complain.. take ur papers with u and demand that you need a solution, and if they can't help I'M SURE with a urgent case like urs they can make contact with CHC-ISL and get ur permission to either enter the embassy there OR get ur letter to u either by fax or something. -give it a shot.... you hv nothing to lose- and again if it doesnt work ur next bet is heading to ISL but i doubt they would let u in without an appointment.

likn MAB se phle mai ne kisi ki koi complain nhi suni k letter msplaced hogae hai apko kia local mail se aye tha letter jo nhi mila tha

forum per ek aur member hai jis ka gayab hua tha per within 10 to 15 days men dubara copy mil gae the use, dont remember the name. Use bhe email ke through pata chala tha ke use letter send hua hai, phr us ne email kia k muje nahe mila tou within few days us se dubara mil gaya tha. Us ka bhe remedical tha

plus doctors are not even willing to give an appointment without the letter, when i called Dr. Rohina his PA asked me to provide the stamp date on the  letter, i explained him everything, but he said we cannot do re-medical without the letter. Mene first medical Dr. rohina se karwaya tha.
Isliye then i called DR wakil, his PA gave me an appointment but she said your re-medical can only be done if you have a re-medical letter.

My question is what happens if the CHC sends request for re pcc and medical while she is here? Can medical be done here in canada? I have also asked her to get another pcc before she leaves Karachi so that will have another year validity till March of 2013. Any advice please. You mean i should take appendix C form?

because this is a requirement to bring Appendix c forms if its your first medical
or letter from CHC if its re-medical

First of all Congratulations on getting TRV. Your wife can get the medical done here as well but it would be quite expensive. Also, PCC is not always valid for 1 year. It could be 6 months or 3 months depending on your district so plan accordingly.

You know what you are right.. Its very possible that CHC-Islamabad didn't even mail you the letter. My wife lives in Karachi as well but she didn't get the letter yet. We know someone in TCS and they tried to track the letter without tracking number and they told us that no letter was mailed to your address. They checked all their records. It seems like they are screwing up big time when it comes to sending requests via TCS to Karachi. Either someone in the local staff isn't sending the TCS properly to Karachi or they are doing it on purpose to buy some time.

any one can tall me.. how u change u r addrass.. after changeing addrass CHC.I inform u or not if yes by mail or by email.. bcz me also change my addrass that is why.

Fax is the good mean to do this. We did... first by e-mail..they responded that better fax them that, but they noticed. Afterwards whatever  we recieved was on new address and also phone number we updated.

you can get medical done over here ........ if u clear the port of entry .......if u clr the port of entry there is no point of getting medical done ..... coz medical is a yes/no to entry to Canada ....... so they will not send u medical if u entered Canada .... now can u enter Canada ... yes u can coz u got TRV but u will get landing papers wen u reach here ...... as its the mistake by immigration ....... so i suggest no need to get anything redone ....... u got TRV ...... ur legally allowed to land ........
