Its not full wedding just Nikah, thats why they sent us an objection letter and that is why we are worried that they will put us in interview queue. I checked older members' history, CIC seems to send all the Nikah only cases to the interview. |

When we did the Nikah the processing time was only 10 months and people did not have any issue with Nikah only cases, at least I did not know about any issue. But since I got married things have gone from bad to worse. And when we got the letter in November then we realized that we have an issue... |

There are few reasons that we wanna apply for TRV, first the sponsorship is on Nikah, thats why they sent us the objection letter so if my wife comes and lives with me they will not have that objection. And second if they put us in interview queue, we rather spend the extra year together... Plus as you said its only a small chance that they issue it. We might as well try.
Objection letter kab aye thay? and also tell k you ne wo clarify kia tha ya nahi? (with rukhsati pics+other pics and etc)? Chance lene tak to theek hai jese we ne lia bt after 4-5 mnths of AOR. lekin apko mene is liye guide kia kiun k you done with re-medical and ye ek important milestone hota hai in one's application, iske 45 working days bad ap PPR bhi shyd recive karlo if ``marriage ingenuine`` type ka ya koi or masla na ho touuu... and TRV mai is Application for PR ka reference dena hota hai tou might k is stage pe apki application for PR affected (delay shelay) na ho, my point was that bAS!!!!!!!! else u kno good. Your file transfer date dekh k to lagta hai k sooner its going to be decide (as mine). Regards. |

That is plan B if TRV is refused. My advice to you is better give up TRV, very least chance to accept TRV application as you got already objection from embassy about your nikkah case so better go and do rukhsakti then send proofs that is the best you can do to avoid interview. |

u bhi sabar kro me ko lagrha k unho ne abhi apko letter bheja nhi hai jab bheje gae tu diffnatly they call u wo jhot nhi bole gae unko kia mila apse jhot bol k sb ko wo request bhejte hai apko bhi insha allah bheje gae u k address ka he koi pblm hai u ne unse pocha nhi k u ko kyu nhi mil parha letter ?
Address ka koi prob nahe yar, unke last 2 letters tou mil gae the time pe. Allah ko pata ke ye log aesa kun kr rahe hen |

this exact same scenario happened to me. our cases are similar just that after objection letter in November we did proper Ruksaati and sent them Ruksaati and honeymoon pictures in december. and the other difference is some where in October i even got a call from embassy asking different question on my wedding/Ruksaati plans, which i believe was kind of short interview. Now when i ordered CAIPS, everything looked fine, they were satisfied. but still i am stuck because of re-medical letter |
