There is no time limit in order to apply for the parents but if you sponsor them the immigration wants to know the couple's income and husband & wife both have to sign the documents. One time I had accompanied a couple to the immigration office in Mississauga where husband wanted to sponsored his parents and the wife was reluctant, The immigration officer checked both of their income and approved the application but at the time when the wife had to sign the documents she walked out on him and he could not sponsored his perents wothout her approval. Also depends on how many people would be included in the application sometime sponsor has young sibling who could be included in the application as well. again depends on the income if someone qualifies. Someone plz reply...
Once you get permanent residency, when can u sponsor ur parents? also for supervisa they r to show ties to home country, which should be? any examples how long does it take?

Kab? Letter tou last tuesday ko ana tha, kud CHC-I ne phone kr ke bataya tha, per jhoot ki inteha hogai
try calling bak on the num they called from?? isnt there any way to complain when it comes down to lost documents from THR END!? I can imagine how u feel.... Inn Shaa Allah ull get ur letter soon! |

Yes thats the one everytime I install it give me error when I try to reopen the file anyway I will try. Thank you all of you for the help and inputs Try uninstalling acrobat and reinstalling it. If my guess is correct, you are filling up a form that generates bar codes once validation is complete, that will help CIC input your info directly into their system by simply scanning the bar codes. I would try filling it properly.

I received Residency Questionnare after Re Medical. I attached my Pay Stubs ( 2 year ),Tax Return (2 years) ,Credit Card/Debit Card ( almost 1 year) and Job letter from my Company. |

coz i got the same supplementary forms (ma hubby got) today at 8 pm lolll ma dad gave it to me
n i think now they send letters to spouses over board too.....

Anywhere from 2-3 months in wife cases and 3-6 months in husband cases (due to 2nd background check these days). |
