You recently had your interview, what did they ask you? If you dont mind me asking...
-they asked only few questions -asked about pictures, wedding card, phone bills and all the documents whatever they requested+ PCC and they kept all the original and certified docs. -they stuck on my child and said how we will believe that this is your son so my husband gave all the proofs his DOB, birth certificate, birthday pics, all the docs and everything whatever he had. -then they asked if we will asked u to do DNA test will u do that.(they asked just for make sure but they didnt give dna test) -they asked what will u do in canada. thats all they asked and then they gave him remedical form thats it. |

It said in process before too right? That did not change right? Only the address disappeared and came back. I would not worry about it. |

aap itna is forum pe updated rehta ho, kitna cases dehka ka CIC ne araam se objection bhejdiya ke marriage is not genuine?? uske baad logg idar udar bhaagthe hain ke kia proof gather karain... haar cheez ka waqt aur tareeka hota hai- insan apni tharaf se haar wo kaam kartha hai jiss lagaa ke kuch faida hojaay. CIC ko hi tho aap samjara ho ke aap husband n wife LEGIT relationship mai ho. aur yeh koun samjaya ga unko? JISKA CASE HAI kuin jub wo jawab dedain ke marriage not genuine OR provide supporting documents... usswaqt na koi proof samhala wa hota hai ke bhejdo aur na wo haath lagtha hain ke apni baath insan clear karde...IN MY PERSONAL OPINION- whoever sends proper proof would be wise to leave no question to the officer when ur file is open abt ur relationship/marriage and who ever doesn't simple is sitting back waiting for CIC to make a judgement- and think -we'll see wen time comes- which will only drag the case...
-Not everyones case is the same- I know... but think of it this way wen u send ur application in first place do u recall how they asked u to attach any supporting documents n to specifically detail everything....yep...thats what they want..
maham dont mind ab u k kam fast hogya tu u ko lagrha k iski waja proofs th if jab tak u k pass kch nhi aya th tu u b itne proofs bhejne k badh bhi worry th r yaha pe diff qustn ask karhe th r proofs sab bhjte hai r zarori nhi k ap phle se bhej dai jab wo mange tu b ap bhj sakte hai |

aur me yaha aise bhi cases dekhe hai k proofs bhjne k badh bhi wo satisfied nhi hota tu unse mazeed proofs ki demand karte tu faida kia in sab se kch nhi hota k ap phle bheje ya badh mai

Alhamdullilah, My Wife received her passport back today through TCS after Visa stamping. Visa issue date is Feb 21, 2012. It took exactly 15 months.
Since I am silent reader but still I would to thank to all members of this forum, over the last fifteen months, for their valuable inputs. May Allah help everyone to achieve, whatever is the best . Aamin.
