u must send urdu nikkah nama thats the ORIGINAL english is translation
mujh say bhi yehi marked ques pochey hain and ihave only english marriage certificate so do i have to folllow and make an urdu one kyunki unhoney tick mark sirf unhi cheezon pe kia hai jin pey apko kia please give advise.

go closest police head quarters and take a passport size picture with u go to your union council or nadra head quarter |
