CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2009 -2010

I live right inside the city. I don't know, I guess it depends on the dispatcher or VO, how they send it.

tcs should have delivered since ur in the city

so guess in my case it will be PAkistan post because of my village address but i did put phone number so really doesnt matter if its TCS just have to pick it up

There were 5 pages and yes they said that send police certificate from all places where you have lived for more than 6 months after turning to 18 years old.
In my opinion, we should send then from all districts, I mean if girl is living in her husband's district now, she should send from places, her home town and her husband's town.
This thing happened with one mine friends case 7 months ago, so its better to get from both places instead of getting it delayed. It all depends on the VO, he can be satisfied only from one place or he can require from both districts.

1) What are the requirements to take with you on the re-medical appointment day?

2) Has anyone's re-medical letter ever got misplaced and how much time did CHC-I take to re-send it? (I know one case)

3) Everyone here got their re-medical request via TCS (except one)?

i have a computer printout stating from work when my vacation starts and ends++ if i add employement letter saying that i will return to work on the 3rd of august which gives more vadility that i will not extent my time in pakistan

That would be a good proof but don't count on CHC-Islamabad to accept it without asking you to show that you are actually back in Canada.

Doctor will tell you what to bring with you on the phone when you will make appointment.
He asked me to bring 5 passport size pictures, taken within 6 months
Original passport with 2 photocopies
Medical fee something like 3, 500 PKR
and original letter from CHC i.e medical request letter
I am the one who got medical request in regular mail.

Bro i have no idea, ecase says application received... but address is missing for 3 week straight
im still waiting to see insha'allah ssooon we will hear good news...

n trust me all brown people are the same... afghans have a problem of making u go crazy...
everyday people are callin ma house to see if ma husband is here. or got Visa n right now ma mom is talkin to ma aunt who is asking bout it again n agian...
ma uncle thinks that im hiding it from them... o_o  -_-

UGHHHHH the worse part is that they ( ma relatives) are callin ma husband n promising a lawyer n telling him that I dont care bout his Case...

and wht abt imm8, shedule A, imm5406 n supplementry forms should we download the web add they mentioned below , and also in letter there are tick marks with pen to provide photos visits proofs etc so only we have to consider these marked things or whole leeter

my date was there in october after never saw it again

i will hold on until my return

they have 17 months of phone logs, 17 months of txt messages, 130 pics, 1 visit boarding pass and ticket, more pics of traveling, gift recipts

i dont think they will need anymore proof

i am gonna send inshallah 6 more months of proof then if i dont hear from them then i will send the ticket and boarding passes

There is too much stuff to ask on the letter but make sure you are concerned only with the check marks. Those letters are generic letters for everybody and have many options (requirements) on them, but they say that pay attention on only checked options.
Anyway in my case they have checked marked on " pictures with names, did I consummate (Rukhsati) the marriage if not then when?, proof of my visits to Pakistan, and proof of communication with my wife in the form of telephone bills, emails, online chat.

I guess its enough to have an idea, what they mostly ask.

so don't worry about all the requirements on the letter just pay attention with the check mark.

They did not ask me nikkah nama because I have sent them in Urdu and English
