U should write a letter wit ur file number/ client id # stating that ur have moved give the reason, then at the end of the page, write ur name DOF agian file number n sign the paper (it would be better to have u n ur spouses sign it coz i did send fax too but it didnt work until i had ma husband sign it wit me) here is an example (File Numer) FXXXXXXXXXXX CLIENT ID # XXXXXXXX Aplication Name: Birth: Address: Telephone : Spouses Name: Birth: Address: Telphone: Dear Immigration Officer Ma name is ........................ from ......................... with file number................. Nothing yet. I think they are probably done with their first quarter quota for Visa's so they stopped sending the Re-PCC and IMM forms request. I know only one case for early january file transfer who got the first request. Other than that nobody from January 2011 file transfer got any request so far. |
