No need to send PCC at all. Just send them what they asked for i.e. your passport  Did you get an appointment with your area DMP yet ? Ok my husbands concerned n says lets send it jus incase so im confused. Yep i did, now cic sent me all this on the 20th i got it on the 22 n i cudnt get a appt before march 5 so long does it take for it to get analyzed n bak to cic cuz they want it within 30days. Again- what happens after ppr? Especialy wen u get it so soon? Cuz usually ppl get thr pp bak within 3 months right? |

You should send your passport and Medical payment receipt on March 5-6th visa TCS. They will get it the next day or so. Try to get your DMP to put you on call if someone cancels so this way you might get lucky again and get it done sooner. Regardless, send your passport and Remed payment receipt right after the Remedical. In my opinion, you shouldn't send your PCC as they didn't ask for either It all depends on your Bring forward date, so lets say your bring forward date is 30 days after the date of the request letter i.e. March 21st, they will check for your medical results in their system and if Newdehli entered your medical results by then, they will stamp the Visa on your passport and send it back to you. It could take upto 2-3 months but in my opinion they will send you Visa within 45 days. |

danny em ne apse kch pocha hai k wat do u mean by 1st quarter n whch ppl is in ths quarter?
1st quarter means Jan,feb and March. They have a quota to fill for every quarter. For example if the total number of spousal sponsorship Visa's to be issued in 2012 is 2000. Then the quota for the 1st quarter is 500. |

I strongly suggest try not be over smart, just act as per chc instructions....just send whatever they ask for. PPR is the last stage and if they haven't ask for PCC its their mistake - PPR means they are satisfied and you have fulfilled all the requirements. Just try to get Medical from any other city may be ISL or LHR if your 5th March appointment is not confirmed yet. Call them every day you may get lucky and get some slot before 5th March. Just prepare your photos and fill the form properly and ask if you have any doubts on the form. You will get visa within 2-3 months Insh-A-Allah. |

Its not being ovr smart its trying to stay on top of things. My appointment is confirmed so no issues on tht im jus confused on how things work usually after ppr |

If you order them now, you will get them in 30+ days. Also, no point of ordering them as you already know that CHC-Islamabad thinks that your marriage is genuine and they don't have any doubt about your realtionsihp. The purpose for CAIPS is to find out what they think about you and your relationship. Remember PPR is the last stage of the processing, so once they confirm that your medical results are fine, they won't have any issues with stamping your passport with Visa |
