Hello everyone.

I have also sponsered my hasbund, AOR is Jan 2011. I did not know about this forum & just found out today that this forum exits too. lol so excited  .  I see alot of people have same question as I do. My ecas has changed to (IN PROCESS) We started processing your file in Feb 05/2012.  When do I expect paper work from CHC? I am very concerned becuase my hasbund lives in Afghanistan and I do not know how safe or accurate the addresses in Afghanistan are. Or the postal service I would say? Can anyone answer this for me. Thanks alot in advance. If they send me something when do I expect it??? Thanksssssssss

Your timeline is very close to mine and I have the same updates on E-case, the only difference is that I am sponsoring my wife. I am expecting CHC-Islambad to send IMM forms and Re-PCC request with in the next 2-3 weeks or so InshaAllah. The last update I got was from a Jan 13th file transfer who got IMM forms and Re-PCC request so I am hoping they would send it soon InshaAllah. As far as the address in Afghanistan is concerned, we have seen quite a few people from there receive letters from CHC-islambad so you shouldn`t be too worried.

I will be leaving next month too bakhier will be going for 2 months can't wait I havent seen my hubby since 2010 i miss him so much.. I am sure all of us would be having fun!!

Hey! I have also sponsored my husband who is living in Mazar, Afghanistan. We have similar timelines (Jan 2011 AOR). When my husband received re-medical request, the post office in Afghanistan called my husband's cell phone to tell him there is a letter he needs to come and pick up. So my husband had to go to the post office to pick it up. Hopefully they will call your husband too - I don't like to rely on the post office to try and find my husband's house - you know how all the addresses are messed up! InshaAllah you will hear from them soon

P.S. The letter was dated 2.5 weeks prior to the call from the post office...

Sent my supporting docs today before initial review(approx April)... hibernating again.. hehe

My wife's file was transferred on August 2011. Now her addressed is disappeared. It's like that for  month and a half. Any senior can tell me what can be the reason? Thanks in advance.

Some places in afghanistan have address some don't. It's better if your husband gets a mail box.
Your letters will not get lost.
