One of my friends, he is also my coworker. His file transfer was Sept 2010 and Nikkah only case. Objection letter sent in August 2011. Full marriage done in Sept 2011 with all the requirements sent as they asked for. ReMed and PPR in Oct 2011. Passport returned back with visa stamped Nov 2011. I can say he was very lucky. He waited patiently and didn't send them a single e-mail. He doesn't even know what CAIPS is. Read between the lines and send them exactly what they ask for. Nothing extra. At the end duas and luck is what works. |

ji inshallah zaroor aaye ge..wesay mera interview bhi hoa tha may 2011...kuon k meary sath waly cases done ho gye hain 2009 waly aub shead main he reh gya hon 2009 wala....anyway sub acha ho ga....med k baad ko koi letter aaya tha k nhi... |

if the child is born is pak...it makes the file more complicated and requires more processing...having a baby delays the process if the child is born in pak |
