Dard tau humhain bhi bohat hota hai dil main kay abhi tak koi request nahi aai embassy say. Lekin un logoun ko passport bhej kar intezar karna bohat mushkil hota hai. Jab aap apna passport bhejo gay tau phir aap ko andaza ho jaaey ga  i know danny bro ur right.. phle mein bhi suchti thie k jin logon ka passport jata hai unko kia tension hoti hai .. but now that my hubby's passport is gonna go soon.. omg it feels hell man!!! ...ur right.. Insallah ur passport will get back to soon.. pray for us as well... that we get ppr soon.. |

Sister.. I wish my wife's passport was with the embassy waiting for the Visa to be stamped. Right now we are just waiting to get the first request after the initial review. Its been 14 months and nothing from the embassy yet. But I understand how tough it gets for people in the later stages. |

Thank you so much for your detailed reply. Sorry the site is not letting me reply to your message directly. So I am posting it here.
Can you please tell me if you are sponsoring your wife or are you being sponsored? You mentioned you received a call from immigration on your cell, did you receive the call in Pakistan or Canada. Because we did not get any such calls. Also you said you replied to the letter in 3 days, but they gave us 45 days to reply. Did you have all the letters and documents ready before you got the letter. Because it took me three weeks to get all the documents and proofs together, and I sent them around 700 to 800 pages of different documents. (I can send you the list of documents if you want to see)
By the way I consulted a lawyer in Montreal, the lawyer actually recommended me not to go to Pakistan for Rukhsati and instead put together a detailed list of documents, proofs and letters showing our relationship.
Did you get any reply from them since you sent your Rukhsati and other pics?
