HEy ppl today i called my MP office and i was asking her who is in charge of the complains against immigration Canada and she gave me the email of Mr. Davies
she said if i want to do a general complain i should call or email him

I emailed him saying what i feel about these crap system i wrote a letter in English and in French

Hi all,
Is there any good insurance company in Toronto Canada who can arrange for three months health insurance (this is the waiting period(90 days) in ontario for all new arriving PRs ? I do not want to take any risk as far as initial health coverage is concerned here in Canada. It is too costly and expensive. I have seen people begging in mosques and streets asking for help and donations to cover the health expenses during that initial 90 days which is not covered by OHIP, when they have health issues and they went to different doctors and hospitals.
