Yes but not from anywhere in Canada. It is done from the province Suskachuan if your cousin or uncle lives there. plus there are some other guidlines. I personally know few people who moved to suskachuan from ontario just because of this reason.
You can look into Government website of cic.gc.ca and go into provincial nomine program of suskatchuan.
Theres other provinces as well who are offering nominee programs not only Saskatchewan  |

Your application is currently in process and is in queue for review by an immigration officer. Documetns were received from applicant's end on 08 Dec 2011 and have been forwarded to applicant's file. We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum. when will they look at the documents we have sent themm .......  |
