I have received nothing till todate from CHC after Re Madicals. well as per my information they are gona send PPRs from April (this is just an information from a friend)

dear thread members,

i wanna ask a question regarding proof of funds. as you know most of the people have gone thru remedical and waiting for PPR. But we still don't we know how much time chc will take to process our applications. we all know that canadian dollar is increasing day by day. kindly give me your suggestion, would it be wise to open a canadian dollars account and show the required money in that account instead of keeping pak rupee account (which is a salaried account in my case) because it is becoming difficult with every passing to keep the amount equivalent to canadian dollars. however, information about both accounts ( old pak rupee and new canadian dollars) will be sent to CHC, Isb at a time of PPR.

please share your ideas.

can u tell me in which bank you will open Canadian dollar account cuz most of banks in Pakistan offers only Euro, pound and us dollar Foreign currency account

i have not explored yet. my pak rupee account is in UBL. if ubl does not work then i think HSBC will be good choice (my own opinion). whats your opinion

No scheduled & Private Banks open Foreign currency Account in CAD $ except HSBC. ''HSBC Prime account'' opening requirement is mostly more than our retained funds hence not a wise idea.

My consultant today dispatched my updated forms and not typed correct marriage year and cnic no. marriage year is 1996 but he typed 1969 and one figure in cnic no. also wrong typed. What should i do now? May i send a letter to CHC again mentioning these mistakes or not needed?

Can you please inform me the name of doctor as i have to appear for medicals. PL.also advise next action if some typographical mistakes in updated forms.

are you sure that no bank in Pakistan except HSBC opens Canadian dollars account?.
