Yestarday i sent case specific enquiry to CHC London about status update of my case. Today i received following reply. Its mean transfering of file to CHC London has been completed and processing of cases transfered from VO Islamabad will be resumed shortly.

Dear Gosho sb!
AOA. I have been tired to send repeated reminders to CHC Islamabad and received no reply at all. Even my consultant wrote them a letter but no response has been received from the esteemed CHC. I am also going to be included in the list of medicals expired cases on 18.02.2011. What should be my next action in this regard. May I wait patiently for re-medical instructions or write something again to CHC Islamabad.

Salam to all,
I think we all be patient, and try to no more emails to CIC, as my one OF friend who is in Canada since last 7 years, he told me that do not emails to cic, just be patient and wait, but i also emailed to cic in Sept and Dec 2010 and one emailed yesterday regarding my re-medical and this is my last email to cic as my medical has expired on 20.01.2011, now just be patient and trust on God. AGAR DANA PANI CANADA MAIN LIKHA HOGA TOO INSHAA ALLAH V ALL BE THERE.

Congratulations! I think this kind of correspondence is just to gain more time in order to finalize our cases. Anyhow, some hope has again alive that something is happening at the CHC Islamabad. Try your level best to submit required documents at an earliest so that u can receive re-medicals. One of my friend has also received the same letter and I hope we all waiting for re-medicals will receive such letters from CHC. |

i m not getting ur point guys...i did my medical back in 2009 and submitted the results along with the other requirements.what do u mean by expiring??what is the time limit for it?Does it expires after an year? i didnt get any re-medical request from the embassy and its almost 15 months now??they only said "all my documents are ok and my name is in the interview queue list"..
and one more question:does anyone of u have a similar case as mine?i mean u only had a nikkah func. and rukhsati and reception is yet to be done..
i would appreciate ur response..

Dear Ranna bhai I think that Isb and London are sending Police certificate and updated docs request to all 2004 applicants as i have seem many forums what do u say? I wrote to Isb that my medical is expired but no response yet. |

MEDICALS ARE VALID FOR A YEAR , USUALLY AFTER A YEAR VO SEND A RE-MEDICAL REQUEST .... AS REGARD TO INTERVIEW I WOULD PREFRED YOU TO ORDER CAIPS NOTES .. THAT WILL HELP YOU ALOT FOR INTERVIEW ... |

Dear Kazkaz, AoA. I agree with your statement. I think after re-medicals again a new waiting time will be started which can be up to 8 to 10 months. |

As you all know now a days rate of Canadian dollar is going very high on daily basis. Today, it is more then US dollar. What we should do as our funds to show are in Pak Rs. and day by day we have to arrange more funds. Is there any solution for this problem.
