wait wait wait, don't be so sentimental. you are absolutely right that things happening with us are exceptions. CHC, Islamabad has been working for years but such delays has not occurred. I also know a CHC, Islamabad applicant who got PPR in 90 days this year before commencement of shifting of cases. We are highly unfortunate in this sense that shifting started when we applied for immigration otherwise it is not norm that medicals of many applicants expire.

however, we can not do anything except wait

Aslam-o-alakum,

I would like to inform you that one of my friend who also have had done medicals in Feb-10 told me that he has taken some information through reliable sources from CHC Islamabad that last batch of file transfer has been completed and the CHC Islamabad has hired new staff for two or three months in order to finalize the cases lying pending at CHC Islamabad. The staff of CHC Islamabad is going on leave for Christmas and new year. They will come back after 10th Jan-11 and they will start processing of our pending cases immediately. He also informed that it is possible that our medicals may be expired and we have to go for re-medicals.So, we should wait patiently and believe in God and being Muslim it should be our faith that when our eatings are there then nobody can stop this and when our eatings are not there nobody can help us.

A Category = Files of Applicant who's medical done (expired / will expire in couple of month) waiting for are in small quantity
B Category = File of Applicant who are waiting for medical letter (no of files a little bit more then category A files
C Category= File of applications who are initial stage (number of files increasing day by day)
Now question arises on which category files CHC LDN will work and try to complete first?? (Category A, B or C)

dear we don't know about chc rules, what happens there we predict, which are usually wrong. May ALLAH help us and solve our problem. ameen

Logically should be A  Catagory but I think A Caragory is not transferred to London. It is being processed by Islamabad
They are not even reading the e mails and sending the same automated reply to all of us.

what do u think that will they ask us for new medical or will enhance our medical expiry till next year 2012 as i saw a Fast track applicant  got extension of medical for one year from CHC,LA ,USA , it should be done because the delay of our cases is because of the CHC,isb not because of processing of our cases as it was in the stage of final review since August.
