 I picked last two names from another forum, as these are already on the web so no privacy breach. Just for sharing and to give an idea that we are not alone. There is also a long list of 2004 applicants waiting for medical call and initial intimation letter etc. I really appreciate idea of Nawab Sahib for this list.

Are Shami123 & Omairn's cases are also with CHC ISB? they are reaching re-medical expiry or first medical expiry?

Can we individual\jointly write to Canadian Immigration Minister about our situation? This is very frustrating that our re-medicals are expiring without visa issuance nor any reason is advised. Does anybody has their email address? Pls share your thoughts.

This is there second medical, there is also a long line of applicants of 2004 near expiry of first medical. I pick up only cases of second medical. I am not sure about Islamabd or London where they are pending. Real issue is wait of 7 to 8 years and expiry of second medical.

I don;t think march 2011 r e m e d i c a l s will get ppr intime ,,,,,,,,, so CHC Islamabad is right ; :Wait Patiently : ALLAH ALLAH

Drmunir is right, No reply of email sent last week, record message on given ext. But no further development. In fact we have no other option but to 'wait patiently' and 'keeping our correspondence minimum'. That's all.

This is the case of my brother-in-law which was submitted in October 2008 and re-medical in July 2011

I think if situation remains the same upto expiry of second medical we should look for other opton available under the law. If you search with the words 'delay in processing' in the decisins at Federal Court Canada web site you will find a case of MAHMOUD ABDOLKHALEGHI vs THE MINISTER OF CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION Citation: 2005 FC 729. Very similar to our cases. The CHC was directed to decide the case within one months. It is said about the case:
"This is an application pursuant to subsection 72(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, S.C. 2001, c. 27 (the "Act"), for an order mandamus to compel the respondent to render a decision with respect to the sponsorship and permanent residence applications filed by the applicants"
You can aslo search under the word 'mandamus', Means to ask someone to do some action required under the law. Please comment.

i am from pakistan and i have done my medical on 20 aug 2011 and their is no reply since my medical done and i am    2006 applicant my visa office is in london and my status is in process only and i sent a inquiry to chc london on 25 jan 2012 to chc london and their is no reply. plz tell me what can i do now ?

Yes Rahi , you are right if some body among us has any close relative or friend in Canada , contact to any immigrant lawyer and discuss our cases and if any hope going to court of law , we can think to ask every one who are in forum and Isd cases to pay lawyer fee and Rahi how long you sent last email ?
