No where as it si a common sense. you can withdraw it anytime however if chc checks transaction record and found less balance then this will be accounted as mis representation
is either any one or CHC authorized to check our transaction. We should keep our balance intact it is much better, but iam asking the legal point. |

AoA. Thank you very much for your detailed reply. I agree with your advise and I will transfer my saving account balance into current account on 1st of May,2011. Then I will send current account statement for the last one year when I will be asked for it by the CHC. One more question can Vo have any objection on the statement which contains drawl of big amount two months ago and again deposit of huge amount again.Can he think this is just deposit to obtain statement.
I don't think so because you can use the funds. When you send the bank statement with the passports, you need to have the required amount in the account . |

yes they are authorized by ourselves by signing the immig forms. pls read them and you will find that they have this clause in thiose forms. pls dont risk anything at this stage. that is all ihave to say to all of you |

i dont know how much time will it take to return passports as my status changed to DM on tuesday. any ideas and i hope that there will be nothing wrong at thsi stage. pls pray as i am too nervous about the outcome

When you send your passport to CIC islamabad, DM means (INSHAA ALLAH) they stamped VISA on your passport. I send passport on 12.04.2011 but status is still "In process". |

I send passport on 12.04.2011 but status is still "In process".
inshAllah. i have sent my pps on april 4 and it took almost three weeks give or take for DM. I dont knwo how long will it take for pps to return. i hope and pray DM brings good news ameen. |
