Dear Sir/Madam,

It is informed that there is nothing pending on behalf of me and if CHC thinks different inform me otherwise issue the visa ready letter at an earliest.

Hi to all..........The change in address option has been removed from my online case status....what does that mean? is there anyone else with same status? I am waiting for my passport back since 18-05-2011 and case status is IN PROCESS but the change in address has been removed.....

you should send them an email ,  it might possible that TCS rertun from your home due to close home or whatever reason, better to ask CHC to write a letter or email,

Descion made is always updated after visa affix becuase visa date is less then desion made status, so you should get it ,
