CHC ISB-Keep Alives..Strange

Chc Isb is maintainig its tradition of acting weird. They surface after a long wait and then again go underground. this time they surfaced after so many people medicals got expired. asked for udpated forms and meds for few and then again gone underground. very wierd May Allah help us all. they dont even bother to respond and if by chance they do respond, it is always a routine and ordinary stereo response. so jammed up and frustrated this long and stupid wait is

i hope that this time they dont go on logn freeze and process our cases soon enough. it seems that they are short of resources as they are hiring for case analyst.

hi 2 all. can any body help me as i mail CHC yesterday and receive their autoreply bcoz i receive answer in 1 min.according to them,
we receive ur mail and will reply in 28 days.dont mail us again.we will tell about ur current file status.
as i passed time limit of 9-12 monthsof my 2nd AOR . so seniors plz reply is this a error or real reply from CHC?
