Hello all,
I work in Alberta as a software developer, my work permit will expire at the end of this month. My employer recently started my LMO and work permit renewal process (AFAIK online process will take 76 days).

But I am interviewing with another company from British Columbia right now. What should I do if I get an offer and accept it from the company in BC before I renew my work permit in my current employer (while in implied status)?
I don't know details of work permit process because luckily my current employer takes care of everything.

How does the process work in that case?

Thanks in advance,
