Changing visa office

hi,
I sent my application to CIO on 30th Sep/09. I Buffalo as my vis aprocessing office. Can I send a request to change it to islamabad now, as my wife is currently there and it's not east to get her passport in canada.

You can try, but since Buffalo hasn't received the application (if approved) you will have to contact Sydney.
