Changing visa office after medicals

Hi All,
Is it possible to request a change of visa office, after medicals are done? I know it will incur a lot of delays in processing but is it actually possible?

I don't suggest for a change at the last moment.
Better think about the possibilities of managing your situation till the final decision.

Close to slim and none, and slim has left town.
