Changing location of work on work permit

This is my first post so bear with me. What is the process to change the location of work on the work permit? The individual will be working for the same employer in the same occupation as listed on the work permit, but may be placed in an area other than what is listed on the permit. What are the steps to change the location on the work permit? Please advise. Thank you!
