changing employer after submitting FSW

Hi:
I am a foreign worker in Canada since 2008 DEC, My job tile is food service supervisor(6212).I submitted a FSW application in March 2010 under the title Food Service Supervisor with an Arranged Employment letter from my first employer in Canada. The Arranged employment is the category below:1) If you are currently working in Canada:
your current employer must have made an offer to give you a permanent job if you are accepted as a federal skilled worker, and
your temporary work permit must be valid both when you apply for a permanent resident visa and when the visa is issued.
In addition:
your work permit must have been confirmed by Human Resources and Social Development Canada (HRSDC) through a positive labour market opinion .However I left from the first employer last Oct and I have a new employer in May 2011 with a new work permit and the title is Food Service Supervisor as well. Currently my FSW application is being in process in Buffalo visa office, My new employer will get me an Arranged Employment letter(same to the previous letter) instead the one from my first employer, and I will send it before making decision from Buffalo, so is it the valid arranged employment on my FSW?can I get an additional 10 points for my FSW base on the second employer ?
