changing address on the submitted application

hi to all,

can someone helped me with this matter. i all ready submitted our spousal application form to the Centre and we haven't received any notification yet, i just recently moved to my new address how will i notify them and correct the new address that i have?

You can send letter attaching copy of the fee paid receipt.
