Please advice me that due to certain reason i have take career break for about 3 months. I have already submitted my full docs to chc and my current status is received by VO.
will there be any negetive effect of the same?

Not till VO contacts you to update your present status. I don't think even in that situation VO will have negative impression about you as they are assessing based on past experience, education completed, funds and security level only.
