Change the place of residence and update mailing address

Because of the crisis conditions in some areas there are many have changed their residence place and some of them returned to their country of origin, does this affect the place of  visa office, add more  processing  delay and whether the procedures continue as such.
Some update thier address but thier E-Cas still shows the same and VO still same!!!!!!!!!!!! Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry

Anyone can explain

Whatever, if anyone informs the VO. it is alright. Changing ecas is VO's responsibility. But I believe a fax can be sent, its faster process.

I do not think so unless one request for change in visa office. Change in residence / location is routine thing that can happen few many times during immigration process.

Important is VO should remain in lime light with the changes happening in applicant's status. Keep your lines open with VO by all means.

gud luk
