Change Processing DAMACUS from Hongkong

I've applied on 18 aug 2007 to the Damascus (Syria). Today(on 30 September 2008) I got a letter explaining that my file was transfered to the Honkong brance, now my file was review by honkong depart. How does it effect on my processing. Is it faster than Damascus. If anyone has idea plz write me

. One more question. when the file was processing from DAMACUS its CSQ interview was held by India. what about int the case of Honkong. Shall I go to the Honkong for the interview or it is still in India. I'm applying from Nepal.
