Hi

My friend has applied for Canada immigration under federal skilled worker category in feb 2005 through accrediated agency *****.  At time of filling up form, the preferred province was Ontario.  pls reply following-

1. Can he change the province now from Ontario to Saskatchewan.  if yes what would be the procedure

2. Can he change the province after getting PR status as per norms.

3. Can he change the province before getting PR status.  In this case PR status would be given for which province.

With FSW, the province does not matter as long as he isn't planning to go to Quebec.  He does not have to tell anybody about his plans.

To apply under the Provincial Nominee Program, applicants must be nominated by a Canadian province or territory. Consult this section to find all the information and required forms to apply as a provincial nominee. Because the criteria for provincial nomination are determined by the individual provinces and territories, they can change without notice.
