Dear All,

Recently we had changed our house to a new area in the same city, So is it now necessary to write the changed one in final application to CHC, as i had written the old one in the application sent to CIO, NS, which is further got approved. If i have to write the new one, whether to add some letter indicating the necessary details.

more over my younger brother at that time (intial application) was with us, but now he was in abroad. So what all is needed in that case....Huh?

Pls advice..

with regards

Update the form to the current address, but for a good measure, attach an explanation.

His new address needs to be mentioned. Nothing else.

I had a similar situation, so I wrote a simple sentence, in a seperate sheet "Please be informed that my e-mail address has been changed to the following #### @ ####.com, since ##/##/####". I also mentioned my file number in the letter.

The explanation is not to justify the change of address, but to inform them that you are conscious about the change and its not a mistake or false detail.
