please help.. how my employer will change my noc code from 8431 to 8252 so that i can apply for permanent resident here in canada. what are steps should i do and my employer to start with? i hope somebody can i answer my query. thanks.

1.  Advertise the position on the job bank for 2 weeks.
2.  Then apply for a LMO with evidence that no Canadians/PRs applied for the job, and that you are the most qualified.
3.  If approved, then you will then apply for a new work permit.
