Im a Filipino Citizen, I would like to know if they will let me change my LAST name in my passport. If my divorce was approved here. Eventhough I'm married in the Philippines. The annulment takes a long time there,that's why i applied for Divorce here. My husband is in the Philippines. I'm going to apply for my Permanent residence on December,if it's advisable to change my LAST name and return to my maiden name before i submit my application for PR??please somebody help me?
