change of an address

Hi all,
 i have to change my husband;s mailing address in visa office in cairo.

he is being sponsored by me .
how should i do it ,should i call ,send an e-mail ,fax to them. could u help me out to find all this info ,bez the address that is on approval letter from cic is different from address on website

I would use the email address that is on the approval letter if i were you. Is it his approval letter or yours?

it is approval letter sent to me and there is no e-mail address only a link where i can find it ,but on website mailing address for a visa office is different from one is in the letter ,so
