Hi;
I have received my AINP and my employer is trying to move me from one company to other. Is it ok to change jobs after getting AINP or will it be a problem and do I have to apply again for PNP if I change my Job? Please Please advice. Thanks!

Hello

Definitely it is not a fresh PNP application..
You may need to update the AINP about this. Please check their help line

Thanks for riply. I talked to them and they asked me to send a letter explaining situ. Do you think this will be a big deal or is this a common thing for them and not a big deal?

Hi

Should be a normal one. Job change should be fine. Keep them informed..Down the line if they request for fresh Pay Slip, your job change will come into the picture. Better to keep them informed

Hi,
I received invitation to apply to CIC on 31 Jan 2009. On Invitation letter  second page bottom they have mentioned conditions under which they will withdraw nomination. Can some one help me understand that? They have mentioned in case of emplyment status change from employer from whom you had applied for nominatin changes, they willl withdraw.
please clarify those lines

mine says...
"...sign and return within 30 days....
...If after reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you; your nomination under the AINP program will be
withdrawn. You must also inform us immediately of any changes to your employment status prior or once you have completed the immigration process and become a PR"

Would you mind giving a second reading to your letter just to make sure you did not miss anything?

Let us know...

what is the status of your case

can you please help me with the following

Timeline and info

Alberta received my application feb first wek  (form 003 under old rule)
Got laid off on 24th feb
employer is revoking H1B in the week of March 2nd (current week)
Already applied for H1B transfer received receipt number on 2/10/09 (under standard processing)
I have moved to different state

Questions

Should I notify Alberta about change of employer ?
Should I notify Alberta about change of address ?

I was thinking of waiting until I get my nomination ..other wise Alberta will delay my process and may ask for documents from new employer .

I am also worried that my H1B will go through as I am a NON IT guy and my H1B transfer is in IT field

Kindly  comment and reply to my questions
