Hi,
one of my friends got 12 points (high in 2 skills and moderate in 2 skills) for language proficiency when he sent his documents to Sydney. but, because more than 1 year was elapsed from his ielts' exam date, he had to take another test. In new test, he got 10 points, 1 high and 3 moderate.
his overall score is 68 now. if he send his supporting documents with the new ielts result, is it possible the officer refuse him because of the changes in his claims about language proficiency?

no, as long as his points are equal to or above 67, he should be fine. make necessary changes in the form about the claims in language proficiency according to the new IELTS results.
